Mastercard came to us with a deadline of two weeks, pre-production through post-production.
This project included their request for a moving camera style and shooting beyond the security checkpoint in an international airport.
We created an engaging and dynamic video that MasterCard is able to use in its meetings and presentations with international airports around the world.
making it work—
The location acquisition was particularly difficult to pull off given that the paperwork and permitting for this type of location regularly takes 30 days.
To accomplish this, a streamlined pre and post-production process was essential; during week one our Cinematographer, Theodore Allen, and Director, Franz Erian, tested and created the style, using a gimbal for smooth tracking shots combined with dynamic and fluid graphical overlays.
Our location specialist and Production Designer, Melissa Camacho, navigated permitting, security clearance, location filming approval, and assigned security personnel, to get permission to film at the airport. She was able to accomplish a lengthy process in 7 days.
